Standard Delivery - 

Items will be dispatched within 3-5 days. Once items are dispatched they will be shipped using a next day service.

Rush My Order Delivery - 

Items will be dispatched within 1-2 days. Once items are dispatched they will be shipped using a next day service.

Tracking information for all orders will be within your dispatch email once your order has been dispatched.

Damages

In the case of anything arriving damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.  Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim with us.

International Shipping Policy

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping outside of the UK.

Returns Policy

Although we're confident you'll be happy with your new items, we will offer you a full refund if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your items if they are damaged or not as described. We do not offer refunds for personalised items.
